Overview of Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to represent long-only equity funds and who will develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Client Advisers, as well as external prospects Family Offices, IAMs (Independent Asset Managers) etc.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and prospects

  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to understand and communicate investment strategies to clients

  • Present pitches to potential investors, and provide reporting to existing investors

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing management feedback

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships

  • Team player, ethical attitude

  • Commitment to excellence, business drive, ’can do’ attitude, flexibility, high quality standards

  • Capable of working under pressure and efficiently prioritizing tasks

  • Fluent in German and English, French is considered a strong plus
