Overview of Role
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to represent long-only equity funds and who will develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Client Advisers, as well as external prospects Family Offices, IAMs (Independent Asset Managers) etc.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and prospects
Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to understand and communicate investment strategies to clients
Present pitches to potential investors, and provide reporting to existing investors
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing management feedback
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships
Team player, ethical attitude
Commitment to excellence, business drive, ’can do’ attitude, flexibility, high quality standards
Capable of working under pressure and efficiently prioritizing tasks
Fluent in German and English, French is considered a strong plus
