About LexisNexis South Africa
LexisNexis South Africa is part of a global leader in information and analytics, providing data-driven insights that empower professionals to make impactful decisions. Our mission is to advance the rule of law and enable our customers to work smarter and with greater confidence.
South Africa also plays a growing role as a Shared Services hub, supporting teams and functions across the global LexisNexis organisation. As part of this environment, Finance plays a critical role in enabling scale, discipline, and informed decision-making across a complex, multinational operating model.
About the Team
We’re looking for an energetic, structured, and relationship-driven Finance Partner & Shared Services Coordinator to join the South Africa Shared Services organisation.
This role sits within Global Finance and works closely with shared services leadership, Global Technology, Global Operations, and corporate functions across regions.
About the Role
This role combines finance business partnering with shared services coordination, supporting the effective operation, governance, and performance of the South Africa Shared Services organisation within a global context.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies, providing financial insight, coordinating governance and operating rhythms, and helping shared services operate with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
While collaboration with the LexisNexis South Africa commercial business is important, the role is firmly anchored within Shared Services and focused on enabling shared services as a distinct enterprise capability.
The ideal candidate brings a positive, proactive, and pragmatic mindset — someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, enjoys connecting people and processes, and can combine financial rigour with strong stakeholder engagement. You’ll be someone who takes ownership, builds credibility through insight and reliability, and contributes to a collaborative, delivery-focused culture.
