Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ITSM PMO Support Analyst to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of IT Service Management (ITSM) projects and ensuring adherence to Program Management Office (PMO) standards. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of ITIL 4 Foundation principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management and ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Process Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of ITIL 4 Foundation certification processes to enhance program management capabilities.

  • Project Coordination: Support the delivery of ITSM projects by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

  • Governance Activities: Assist with governance-related activities, including the preparation of slide decks, reporting packs, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards and guidelines.

  • Workstream Monitoring: Monitor the progress of ITSM workstreams, identifying and escalating risks or delays to the PMO Lead or Project Manager as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in program management or ITSM-related roles.

  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.

Clearance Requirement:

  • NV1 security clearance is mandatory for this role.

Additional Requirements:

Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance (NV1).

This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.

Must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week.
