Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Fetal Heart Program is a licensed professional who provides specialized, family‑centered care for pregnant patients whose babies require fetal cardiac evaluation. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and supporting families through the diagnostic process. The RN applies the nursing process using clinical expertise, technology, therapeutic interventions, and close collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, comprehensive care.About the Unit
The nurse specialist in the Fetal Heart Program plays a key role in coordinating care for pregnant patients whose babies require a fetal echocardiogram. Our clinic delivers truly comprehensive care through a multidisciplinary team that includes board‑certified pediatric cardiologists, specialty sonographers, nurse coordinators, and a dedicated cardiology social worker.
We focus on individualized care planning and counseling, helping families understand their fetus’s condition, available treatment options, and anticipated outcomes. Our approach is rooted in high‑quality, family‑centered care, supported by access to additional resources such as child life services, financial counseling and assistance, and palliative care.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience.
