Role Definition

We are seeking a skilled management Senior Learning and Development Partner to join our team who will have the opportunity to Leads the design, implementation and support of staff development and career planning initiatives and practices.

What You Will Do

  • Establishing and maintaining processes for assessing changing business needs for people and organizational development programs.
  • Providing consulting services on design and development of large-scale or complex solutions for addressing professional skills gaps, leadership, and organizational development issues.
  • Designing programs and solutions for global, multiple organization, or cross-functional learning and development initiatives which support business goals.
  • Implementing programs with efficient use of resources, including negotiating with vendors and adopting technology solutions, to achieve learning goals and business outcomes.
  • Evaluating new and existing curriculum/learning solutions, including pilot and experimental programs, and recommending appropriate approaches for scaling or improving development programs for enterprise application.

What You Will Have 

  • Training Delivery: Knowledge of methods and tools of training delivery; Ability to deliver learning solutions for desired training outcomes
  • Training Needs Analysis: Knowledge of tools, techniques and methods of training needs analyses; ability to identify what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance.
  • Training Solution Development: Knowledge of training solution development procedures, tools and techniques; ability to utilize the knowledge for developing a solution to stated training needs.
  • Training Technologies: Knowledge of training tools and techniques; ability to utilize software, technologies and applications for the creation and development of training programs and processes.
  • Instructional Design: Knowledge of relevant instructional design concepts and processes; ability to design instructional content to meet the learning needs of a target population.
  • Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.

Top Candidates Will Also Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in organizational development, project management, instructional design, and facilitation.
  • Strong consulting skills.
  • Successfully collaborated with business partners at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrates creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Development experience is preferred.
  • Designing and executing programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Location: Irving, TX
  • Travel: 10% - 15%
