What this opportunity involves:

Are you a skilled professional with a passion for process optimisation and cross-functional collaboration? We're seeking an Integration and Change Manager to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams.

As our Integration and Change Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing, managing, and integrating cross-workstream processes. Working closely with diverse account teams, you will ensure seamless alignment between operational processes, agreements, and contractual obligations while delivering measurable improvements in performance and productivity.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain streamlined cross-workstream delivery processes focused on operational performance
  • Create standardised portfolio document frameworks and templates for consistency and clarity
    Lead integration enablement activities and coordinate operational improvement programs
  • Support development of integrated account service plans and operational playbooks
  • Design right-sized, efficient processes, frameworks, and controls
  • Develop reports, tools, and processes to support KPI performance
  • Facilitate consistent portfolio communication processes

Key Skills and Requirement

  • Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, or related discipline with 3+ years of property experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Proven project management capabilities with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication at all organizational levels
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Visio
  • Experience in integration, business analysis, or change management highly valued
