Job Summary 

As a Senior AI Software Engineer - Go & Python (19693), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.  

Responsibilities and Duties 

 

• Design and build scalable AI-driven systems focused on cybersecurity and offensive security use cases
• Lead the development of agentic AI solutions for vulnerability detection, automation, and threat intelligence
• Own end-to-end delivery of features from ideation to deployment, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities

 

Qualifications and Skills 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in backend engineering and distributed systems
• Strong experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Go and solid experience with Python
• Strong experience designing microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC services
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or Google Pub/Sub
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience optimizing LLM performance, including token usage and cost efficiency
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
