Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Developer specializing in Email Service Providers (ESP), mobile messaging, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). This role will focus on implementing and optimizing our email and SMS marketing strategies, driving data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ESP & CDP Management:

    • Assist in the implementation and optimization of ESP and CDP platforms, such as Iterable and Zeta.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance across marketing platforms.
  2. Campaign Strategy & Optimization:

    • Create and monitor campaign/buyer status, developing optimization recommendations based on performance and data, including empty cart and other e-commerce metrics.
    • Implement best practices for programmatic inventory optimization based on campaign learnings and evolving tactics.
  3. Programmatic Advertising:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to apply programmatic advertising best practices and optimize inventory utilization.
  4. Operational Efficiency:

    • Conduct workflow analysis and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency within the programmatic team.
    • Contribute to solutions that enhance campaign performance and team productivity.
  5. Analytical Skills:

    • Maintain attention to detail, leveraging analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions.
    • Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Technical Skills (Preferred):

    • Hands-on experience with Email Service Providers (ESP) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Iterable and Zeta.
    • Proficiency in mobile messaging and SMS campaign strategies.
    • Strong understanding of campaign monitoring and optimization techniques, particularly for e-commerce metrics.
    • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and inventory optimization best practices.
    • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Analytical Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
