The opportunity

The Salaried Agency Leader Recruitment Officer will contribute to the implementation of recruitment programs, which will make sure that our salaried agency leaders are focused and accountable on delivering our recruitment numbers as stipulated in the program. The zone head will further support this by frequent engagement conversations related to recruitment and will serve as POC (point of contact) for a particular agency zone.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter guidance and transactional support to team members for operational or business support. Implement strategies that are outlined in the Agency Focus Areas for growth.:

  • Expand recruitment efforts to strengthen core manpower of SAL program.
  • Process hiring of new Salaried leaders (Branch Head, Unit Head)
  • Collaborate and coordinate tasks with Sales Management Team to boost recruitment numbers through targeted programs and initiatives.
  • Make recommendations and execute programs to increase attendance at  COP events and tagged recruits.
  • Provide effective and efficient processes and operating standards for others to follow
  • Ensure consistency of implementation of SAL hiring process
  • Monitor progress and evaluate effectiveness of institutionalized recruitment programs such as PRIME, UHA and LRP.
  • Coordinate activities, checking on quality and work progress
  • Coordinate and may conduct huddle sessions with Zone Head and Sales Management Team on recruitment-related strategies which impacts growth in headcount
  • Cultivate strong relationship with Salaried Agency Leaders and Sales Management Team to support business growth.

What we are looking for

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree. Preferably but not limited in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications Arts
  • Proficient in MS Office , Canva, Social Media ang Digital Marketing,
  • Creative in making Recruitment content that attract Next Gen candidates.
  • Knowledgeable in social media activities that promotes awareness that will achieve acceptable engagement rates and other social media metrics.
