Job Description:
** 2 days per week in office.
The Opportunity:
You are a highly experienced software engineer responsible for designing and delivering complex, business-critical applications and services. Working closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams, you will help shape technical solutions, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software.
The ideal candidate brings deep .NET expertise, strong software engineering fundamentals, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You will mentor team members, champion engineering best practices, and play a key role in modernization, integration, and platform evolution initiatives while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.
Your Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services.
Monitor and support production systems and services.
Manage alerts, incidents, and escalations in collaboration with Engineering and Ops teams.
Execute maintenance, deployment, and operational support tasks.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
Contribute to system reliability, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Advanced English level.
7+ years or more as developer on end-user applications and back-end services.
5+ or more years developing web applications.
Languages: .NET, JavaScript, SQL. MSSQL is preferred.
Frameworks: .NET Entity Framework, Angular, Kendo (or equivalent frameworks).
Databases: MSSQL and DynamoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
Ideal experience with Cloud-hosted, scalable SaaS systems.
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows, including code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation.
Experience with serverless architectures (e.g. AWS Lambda, Event Bridge, API Gateway).
Experience providing software troubleshooting and enhancements to existing systems and applications.
Experience developing RESTful APIs (or equivalent).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Source control management, preferably Git.
