GE헬스케어에서 CT Application Specialist 대리급 인재를 채용합니다. 수도권 지역의 고객사(대학병원/종합병원/지역병원)에 CT 장비 설치 이후 초기 사용자 교육을 담당하며 CT 장비 관련 Maintenance 지원, 각종 임상 및 학술 관련 지원 등의 업무도 함께 수행합니다.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provides expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing training solutions for a business or function. 

  • Focused on technical training essential for a particular business or function, and does not include Leadership Learning, which falls within HR.

  • Includes trainers and coordinators whose main task is to deliver the training content or make logistical arrangements for training programs.

  • Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.

  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.

  • Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.

  • Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures.

  • Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.

  • Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

  • For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between the customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications

  • Min +3 years of experience in CT product sales & clinical Sales.
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
