Regular/Temporary: Regular
Salary: Framework C- Step 38, $56,118-64,460. Salary is commensurate with experience.

JOB SUMMARY
The Aftercare Site Supervisor Director will lead an after school program in a K-8 school setting at our HTH North County campus. Responsibilities include developing an after school curriculum, leading 20+ staff members and 300+ students, managing a budget, hiring, scheduling, and communicating with families and school faculty. The ideal candidate is skilled at multi-tasking, effective communication, conflict resolution, taking initiative, ensuring safety, and developing rapport with students (ages 5-14) as well as adult colleagues. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred but not required. 
 
The ideal candidate would possess the following competencies:
●      Comfortable leading enrichment activities with Elementary school-age students
●      Inform and communicate effectively
●      Ability to work with diverse populations
●      Ability to lead staff

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
●      Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
●      Minimum of two years of experience working with youth programs in a supervisory role
●      Experience in a school/learning environment preferred
