Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Establish and communicate clear sales objectives and ambitious targets aligned with company goals.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Maintain strong relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration across departments to ensure the success of the sales force and overall company performance.

  • Motivate, train, and guide the sales team throughout the sales process, ensuring continuous development and peak performance.

  • Serve as a key liaison between the sales team and other areas of the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities.

  • Supervise three National Sales Managers, providing support and guidance to ensure successful execution of organizational strategies and priorities.

  • Collaborate closely with National Sales Managers to achieve the company's strategic objectives and drive sales performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or Marketing. MBA is highly desirable.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles (+10 years) within the pharmaceutical industry. Director of sales, Marketing, Business unit director, National Sales Senior Manager with experience managing a large and dynamic sales force, driving exceptional results.

  • Strong ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
