The successful candidate will support our commercial real estate team by extracting relevant information required for business rates appeals and improving the quality and completeness of data stored within Ryan’s Delta database, working closely with key departments across the business.

Full industry training will be provided, along with ongoing support from experienced managers. This role is well suited to a detail-oriented individual looking to develop their data and administrative skills in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extracting relevant information from contracts, leases and comparable evidence, to assist our surveyors in business rates appeals.
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate client data within Ryan’s Delta database - this will include inputting of documentation we currently only hold as an original copy (E.G. PDF leases, hard copy leases, etc) and any new client information received from other departments.
  • Scanning, uploading and organising hard copy client leases to support accurate data input into the Delta database.
  • Cleansing of data currently held within the Ryan's Delta database to ensure no duplication or omission of client data. The Data Executive will extract relevant information from documentation, locate any inaccuracies or duplication and amend them.
  • Using AI-enabled tools to support data ingestion and processing.
  • Working closely with all core departments to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • 6 GCSEs (grades 9–4 or A–C, or equivalent), including Maths.
  • Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong administrative and data-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
