O&T Team Lead

What is in it for you?

  • As an O&T Team Lead, you are required to manage a team to ensure the appropriate delivery of Billing Management

  • You will be working with the rest of the Service Delivery Teams to ensure processes are aligned

  • Ensure that monthly New Business and Renewals are sent to clients within SLA and send to appropriate teams for revenue recognition and revenue collection

  • You will be exposed to Fiduciary responsibilities

We will count on you to:

  • Manages team to ensure the appropriate delivery of Billing Management and tools

  • Maintains oversight of team processes and systems.

  • Conducts work at the tactical level, approves operational work streams and resolves escalated issues as required to ensure timely and strategic delivery.

  • Develops and maintains standardized operations and procedures for team.

  • Oversees and makes recommendations about employment related matters; Identifies staffing needs, prepares job descriptions, and provides feedback and developmental guidance.

  • Conducts performance appraisals, monitors staff functions, monitors workload and projects of team members to ensure projects are aligned by resources, capacity and skills required.

  • Provides input into hiring, promotion, salary and bonus decisions; Provides feedback mentors employees.

What you need to have:

  • Recognised bachelor’s degree holder

  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Operations, preferably Benefits Operations

  • Demonstrable experience within collections department environment

  • Proven Credit Management and Supervisory experience

  • Days Receivable Outstanding, Time to Invoice etc.

  • Experience in Client management.
