About the Role

Are you passionate about technology, customer solutions, and driving business value? Sabre’s Sales Engineering team is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic, global team focused on promoting Sabre’s new SabreMosaic Intelligent Retailing Platform. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in both sales and technology who is excited to learn and champion our innovative solutions with customers across the Americas region.

As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to drive pipeline growth and secure new customer adoption. You will leverage your expertise to understand customer needs, identify business value, and position SabreMosaic as the ideal solution to enhance customer success. This role requires a collaborative and customer-focused mindset, coupled with a passion for delivering impactful results.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical advisor and solution expert for the SabreMosaic Intelligent Retailing Platform, providing in-depth knowledge and support to the sales and account management teams.
  • Engage with customers to identify and demonstrate the business value of SabreMosaic, helping them understand how our solutions address their needs.
  • Support pipeline growth through presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept development for prospective customers, aligning SabreMosaic capabilities with customer goals.
  • Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation for new and existing business, which includes renewals, new sales efforts, and share shifting opportunities across the agency territory
  • Partner with sales organization to ensure effective management of customers and long-term commercial success
  • Act as a customer advocate, capturing feedback to drive product improvements and assisting with deployment and integration strategies.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer engagement at various levels, positioning Sabre as an innovative player in the territory
  • Provide regular detailed status and activity reporting in customer activities and solutions performance to leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends, ensuring effective communication of solution capabilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal leaders/stakeholders across Sabre; responsible for collaboration and global process development across all segments in the region


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced English level both verbal and written (knowledge of Spanish a plus)
  • Proven experience selling and driving negotiations to a successful close
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization, with strong capabilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical information into value-based solution proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Strong people skills and extremely resourceful

  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of the travel/airline markets and/or enterprise software space is preferred.
  • Understanding of the industries new Offer & Order Standards a plus
