 EMEA Central Sales Coordinator

Cushman & Wakefield – Project & Development Services (EMEA Central Team)

The EMEA Central Sales Coordinator is part of the EMEA Central Sales division of Cushman & Wakefield Project & Development Services and plays a key role in coordinating and supporting centralized sales activities across the region.

The role is responsible for managing EMEA and Global sales pitches and bid processes, supporting solution development, pricing, contractual negotiations, and proposal coordination for strategic opportunities. The position also contributes to marketing initiatives, business intelligence activities, CRM management, and the expansion of services across existing client accounts.

Acting as a central point of coordination, the EMEA Central Sales Coordinator connects country sales teams, client leads, and internal subject matter experts to ensure timely, high-quality submissions and effective execution of sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pitches and bid processes for EMEA Master Services Agreements (MSAs), including solutioning, pricing, contractual documentation, and submission management;

  • Support central and in-country sales teams in developing tailored client solutions;

  • Monitor active bidding opportunities and manage the contract finalization process through client signature;

  • Coordinate the transition of awarded MSAs to the Account Management team and support client onboarding;

  • Support service expansion and sell-up opportunities across existing accounts;

  • Track and report on sales opportunities across central and in-country prospecting;

  • Coordinate sales review calls with in-country sales managers and central sales;

  • Develop and maintain capability decks, presentations, and marketing materials.

  • Manage CRM activities and support sales teams in CRM utilization and implementation;

Role Impact

The EMEA Central Sales Coordinator is a key role supporting the growth and development of the EMEA Central Sales function, ensuring alignment across countries and contributing to the successful delivery of strategic regional and global opportunities.
