Job Description

Role purpose:

• Develop and implement service and key projects strategies based on expertise in sourcing, transportation and logistics execution.

• Act as the sourcing representative for service and key projects.

• Establish and secure necessary resources for sourcing action plans throughout project management to ensure on-time delivery, quality and contractual compliance.

• Serve as the liaison between sourcing/engineering and project teams to drive execution of assigned projects.

• Update, analyze and manage key performance indicators, and ensure regular experience feedback.

• Manage detailed risks and opportunities.

• Work closely with the Master Planner and Sourcing team.

• Provide FOE support to projects.

• Escalate systematically the critical issues.

Essential responsibilities:

• Conduct working sessions to align all project functions with the supply strategy and action plan.

• Actively participate from supplier management of view in Project R&O sessions as the Sourcing representative.

• Collaborate with the Master Scheduler to ensure PR creation, PO placement, shipment, and daily activities comply with project planning and all milestones/targets.

• Communicate with the planning team to regularly update key dates and implement actions to secure OTD and cash management.

• Update and review project risks and opportunities in a timely manner; evaluate and take actions to improve overall project performance.

• Take full responsibility for delivering the allocated project scope.

• Report delays/deviations from the “as sold” scheme on time and provide improvement suggestions.

• Ensure full compliance with relevant policies and standards.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or Business Administration.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior position or coordination in sourcing /procurement/ supply chain in project related context.
