Role – DevOps & SRE lead 1. Azure DevOps/Jenkins – pipelines, security, job execution modes etc.... hands on with in-depth knowledge on CI/CD 2. Ansible/Terraform/Chef/Puppet – conceptual knowledge on either one of them and able to explain an use case 3. Rich customer facing and handling experience 4. Must have designed a solution architecture with Devops implemented. 5. Develop the Point of the View and the best practices for DevOps strategies and solutions, DevOps Transformation, DevOps Assessment / Consultation, Architecture Roadmap 6. Lead, implement and project manage transformation programs to drive client outcomes 7. Will help develop and implement client solutions using Continuous Delivery and Integration practices including Services Virtualization, Release Automation, and Automated Deployment, and Continuous Integration 8. Leads resources within the DevOps Team and acts as a coach to other team members 9. Experience with Agile methodologies. 10. Strong architectural background with experiences in Cloud based IT data centers and with Cloud Foundry Platform as a Service Solutions 11. Scripting – Python advanced knowledge, powershell, shell scripting. 12. Have understanding of code quality tools like Klockwork, SonarQube, KICS, IaC code security 13. Worked on any of the open source monitoring tools – Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios, ELK, preference to ELK/Nagios 14. Linux administration skills 15. Good to Have – a. Knowledge on Infrastructure architecture across networks, storage, compute, hosting b. REST API integrations & JSON c. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Packer d. Immutable Infrastructure using serverless technologies e. SAST DAST principles f. AI & ML tools & concepts g. DevOps certified cloud professional h. Conceptual or working knowledge on SLO, SLI, toils,error budget and Chaos engineering 6 - 8 years extensive hands on experience in Infrastructure Automation leveraging: - Tool : Extensive experience on Ansible, Chef, Jenkins (good exposure to CI-CD pipeline), Git, RestAPI (DevOps tools integration with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Monitoring tools, ELK/Splunk), Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker & System Manager (AWS) - Scripting Language : Must have Python, Lambda preferred. Good to have skills on scripting languages Ruby / PowerShell / JSON - Infrastructure exposure: Automation exposure must on at least one Public Cloud AWS / Azure and On-Premises VMware. - Domain knowledge: Must have good exposure to UNIX / Wintel & Database (MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL) - Must have hands on experience in designing and architecting highly available & Disaster recovery solutions on Public/Private Cloud. - Must have experience in designing solution which are resilient & secure.
