Summary: As a Zscaler Security Operations Specialist, you will handle day-to-day administration and troubleshooting of ZIA and ZPA services. Your role involves configuring policies, monitoring traffic, and resolving user access issues to maintain a secure cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: -Must Have Hands-on experience in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) operations. -Strong understanding of Zscaler policy configuration and troubleshooting. -Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, SCI) and traffic analysis. -Basic knowledge of network security principles and protocols (TCP/IP, SSL/TLS) Professional & Technical Skills: -Administer ZIA and ZPA policies for secure web access and private application connectivity. -Configure authentication methods (SAML/SCI) and troubleshoot user access issues across ZIA and ZPA. -Monitor traffic logs and analyze security events for anomalies. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Zscaler configurations meet compliance and performance goals. -Maintain documentation of Zscaler configurations and operational procedures. -Provide L2 support for incidents related to ZIA and ZPA services. -Participate in change management and policy updates -Experience in Zscaler operations or related network security roles. -Certifications: Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP) preferred. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Zscaler Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
