Salary Exempt (United States of America)The Technical Integrations Specialist is responsible for leading the design and implementation of integration solutions across various platforms and systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and scalable integration strategies.Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions using a variety of technologies such as SOA, ESB, API, and ETL.
• Provide subject matter expertise on customer-centric integration approach where all channels are integrated, allowing for a unified and consistent experience across various touchpoints, architectures, and technologies.
• Manage contract developers and system integrators to drive delivery of integration shared services to various application teams.
• Lead cross functional teams to deliver integration shared services
• Create and maintain documentation to support architecture processes and designs
• Analyze and solve unique problems through evaluative judgment and precedent
• Participate in committee meetings on developmental projects and large-scale improvement projects.
• Support others on EDI project teams by sharing knowledge in methods, modules, technology, or techniques.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Deep knowledge and understanding of enterprise application architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in progressively responsible enterprise application implementation and support
• Experience with a broad range of retail applications, including Kingsway Soft, JDE Orchestrator or other tools like NetSuite, Micros, and Boomi integration products
• Proficiency in XML, SOAP, Web Services, and the TCP/IP stack
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications are a plus
