PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Market Summary
Partners with departments to identify, create, and rollout processes that optimize workflow. Strategically approaches short- and mid-term projects that improve transactional processes.

EDUCATION, REQUIRED CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience in Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS)

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management

- Have experienced in handling Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.

- Able to work mid-shift to late mid-shift hours
