What is the role?  

  

ROLE SUMMARY  

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data and Analytics Lead in New York with a hybrid work schedule. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise-level analytics, leading contract review processes, and overseeing project pipelines. The Data and Analytics Lead will play a critical role in supporting go-to-market strategy, enhancing the team’s value proposition, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across Howden Markets US. 

  

What will you be doing?  

  

  • Deliver enterprise-level analytics to support business decision-making and operational strategy 
  • Manage and oversee contract review processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency 
  • Lead and maintain project pipelines, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution 
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies 
  • Contribute to building and refining the team’s value proposition 
  • Identify and drive enhancements to tools, processes, and analytics capabilities 
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of commission programs 
  • Partner cross-functionally to strengthen operational alignment across Howden Markets US 
  • Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis to support business growth 

  

What are we looking for?  

  

Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field 
  • Experience working with enterprise-level datasets and delivering actionable insights 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data and processes 
  • Experience managing project pipelines and coordinating cross-functional initiatives 
  • Familiarity with contract review or operational governance processes is preferred 
  • Ability to translate data into clear, business-relevant insights 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders 
  • Experience supporting go-to-market strategies or commercial initiatives is a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive enhancements 
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, reporting platforms, or data visualization tools 

 

 

Compensation and Benefits 

  

The expected base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000; actual base salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). 

In addition to a competitive base salary, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus. Howden also offers a variety of benefits and programs, subject to eligibility, including:
