What We do: 

The P&C Enabling Support Network (ESN) is a self-organized global Network of P&C Enabling Support Specialists supporting the P&C worldwide integrated network. 

The P&C Enabling Support Specialist is a passionate, agile, client-focused professional, located in a global support network which is the foundation of the P&C organization and enabler of its success. This position is future-oriented in business support and administration of the worldwide integrated network, connecting the dots across all functions. 

Your day to day responsibilities are: 

The tasks will include but are not limited to:

 

● Partnering with different stakeholders using agile methodologies, contributing to strategic project management, planning and managing events 

● Providing technology support and continuous improvement of processes, implementation of embedded technology within the network 

● Taking an active role in developing our self-organized P&C Enabling Support Network further, while contributing to network related initiatives and projects 

Providing support to global, regional & local P&C colleagues on a variety of tasks and levels of complexity. (e.g. complex travel and expense management, support for large events, complex meeting structures,) 

Handle local site/chapter specific requests and work cross-functionally across the People Community teams. 

  • On-site presence is a minimum of 3 days a week

As an Enabling Support Specialist, you are

● Have an open, positive, growth mindset and system thinking, proven ability to work effectively across a matrix environment (P&C chapters, AoPs), global/local teams and networks in a fast-paced environment 

● Embracing technology/digital tools for new ways of working to leverage impact within the P&C Enabling Support and for supported partners in the chapters 

● Demonstrating critical thinking to act as a challenger for optimization of business and support processes 

● Openly communicating, enabling transparency and empathy amongst all 

● Effective at prioritizing work to align with our overall P&C vision with minimal direction

● Working with a high degree of confidentiality

What can you bring to our team: 

● We are seeking an individual with a university degree/commercial diploma (or equivalent work experience) and related experience in People & Culture, business support, professional assistance, and/or event management, dynamic project coordination/ management, and working experience in a team or network 

● Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT applications, preferably Google suite

● Fluent in English required, additional languages a plus, based on region (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Chinese)

Pay transparency

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of South San Francisco, is 76.400.00 USD - 141,800.00 USD Annual.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
