Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Management Senior Professional who will join the Talent department, reporting to the Global Head of Talent at Cintra (Ferrovial Business Unit) in our Madrid Headquarters.  In this strategic and challenging role, your focus will be on the following core activities and responsibilities.

  • Participate in the definition, design, and implementation of key development Talent projects for the Company, with a global focus and international perspective.
  • Advise and influence internal stakeholders on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required. You will partner with the key stakeholders to fully understand role profiles. Help with the Talent Acquisition strategy in both nationally and internationally.
  • Participate and collaborate in the identification, design, implementation of the Learning & Training initiatives in all geographies, with the aim of improving the professional skills of the workforce and encouraging the development and retention of the talent within the company.
  • Assist in implementing and coordinating the HR processes: Performance Evaluation Processes and Annual Bonus Payment, Talent Review & Succession Plans, individual development plans and 360º assessments.
  • Participate in identifying and developing the organization's critical groups, monitor mobility plans, learning and development actions, and coordinate visibility actions.
  • Work closely with the different geographies as a key partner to exploit synergies and implement talent management processes, understanding their business requirements and supporting them to adopt these new processes.
  • Data analytics & reporting: support the Talent Reporting strategy. Prepare and report Global data regarding Talent Acquisition. Learning, Talent Review, Succession Plans, Critical employees, Mobility, Voluntary attrition, etc.

Skills & other requirements

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in human resources, especially in the people and talent field.
  • Experience recruiting, learning and talent development across different locations and multinational environments.
  • Fluent English language skills will be essential.
  • Advance in Excel and Power Point. Experienced working with Workday system will be also valuable.
  • Strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with ability to self-manage.
  • Ability to think strategically (short, mid, and long term) whilst maintaining an eye for detail.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing & decision facilitation skills.
