The Role and Impact As a Technology Project/Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Intel's technology solutions and services. By leveraging your technical expertise and specialized knowledge, you will manage complex projects and programs that are integral to the development, implementation, and enhancement of cutting-edge technology. In this position, you will work collaboratively across organizational boundaries, set strategic plans, and ensure the flawless execution of initiatives that impact Intel's innovation, efficiency, and industry leadership. Your contributions will help shape Intel's future by delivering solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, timelines, and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage detailed project/program plans, including timelines, funding, staffing, and resource allocation, while ensuring adherence to scope and budget. - Collaborate across teams to define and execute implementation processes, such as change control, testing, documentation, and training. - Utilize Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies to assess subproject dependencies and program constructs, ensuring program health indicators like quality, schedule, and timelines are maintained. - Monitor project/program schedules, proactively adjust for unforeseen challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively. - Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity, ensuring alignment with overall project/program objectives. - Identify tasks, assess costs, allocate resources, and set clear expectations for team members. - Address and communicate project/program anomalies by clearly outlining problems and their impact on deliverables. - Conduct project/program close-out assessments and create recommendations reports to document successes and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience as aligned with business needs. - 4+ years of professional experience in project/program management with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience with a PhD. - Proficiency in project management software/tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Strong technical knowledge in systems architecture, software development lifecycle, and technical requirement definition and design. - Previous experience with tools and processes related to engineering research and development outsourcing is highly desired. Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. - Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Experience in contractor management and domain expertise in technology project delivery. - High motivation to contribute to Intel's mission of delivering world-class technology solutions.
