Job Responsibilities:

•  Learn and perform operational activities of Talent Acquisition

• Assist in the daily operation of MGM Recruitment Center

• Handle daily interviews, answer recruitment hotlines and candidates’ inquiries 

• Input applicant information and candidate result in database and system

• Coordinate activities and events with other HR functional teams for Talent Acquisition related issues

• Assist in organizing recruitment events, which includes but not limited to recruitment days, university career fairs and other hiring initiatives

• Learn and understand MGM HR Policies and Procedures and how it ties to HR Database and System

• Complete assigned tasks and projects

Job Requirements:

• Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders

• The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
