In one of our Manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Main Purpose of Role: Drive actions and results based on day to day, weekly and monthly process problem directly impacting machine stops/shift and Total Waste. Execute robust asset care and maintenance plan as per maintenance calendar with Zero unplanned downtime mindset and target.
Essential Knowledge/ Experience:
Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
3-6 years of experience in manufacturing
TPM proficiency and experience
Detailed knowledge of mechanical & process
Strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis, thoroughness and problem solving
Strong interpersonal, communication skills to engage with shopfloor team.
Out of the box thinking and challenger attitude
KPIs: Stops/shift, Unplanned downtime, Running waste, raw material waste, quality defects and quality rejection, CIC
Role Accountabilities:
Responsible for Stops/shift, Unplanned downtime, Running waste, raw material waste, quality defects and quality rejection
Perform periodic machine health checks, plan and execute predictive and preventive maintenance
Grade change management, GRS management.
Develop training module and Train operators on machine operation practices, grade change, autonomous care, center lining.
Drive process improvements and Kaizens.
Plan and execute RSR, MSR. Support new product developments.
Identify and implement solutions for repeated QNCs, consumer complaints.
Conduct daily., Weekly, monthly asset performance analysis. Maintain related scorecard data.
Conduct RCA using 6W2H, 5Why and LSS methodology.
Key stakeholders:
Asset leader, Shift Engineers, Electrical Engineer, Quality Engineer, Spares parts store leader.
