Job Description
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of the regional environmental and safety management systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate in and provide assistance with government agencies' field visits for the purpose of understanding the regulations and to ensure compliance.
- Support, implement, maintain and modify where necessary Headquarters EHS field and non-operations orientated policies and procedures to ensure compliance to the EHS permits and regulations.
- Provide technical support, input and coordination on EHS issues that affect projects and processes at the regional/country level.
- Respond to customer requests for EHS Plans such as safety manual for on-site project work and support the project implementation plan.
- Report monthly injury/illness metrics to HQ-EHS; support the business in investigation of injury and illnesses; analyze work related injury and illness data, using method like 5Why / Ishikawa / 4 cases analyze or other available tools to identify and implement actions to prevent a recurrence of the injury/illness; and support efforts to return employees to productive work within assigned medical restrictions.
- Prepare periodical updates based on EHS reports provided by businesses into global applications and support businesses in time and quality
- Ensure that EHS assessments, procedures, training and other control measures as required by regulation and/or Rockwell Automation policy and procedures are provided for the facilities, field and non-operations personnel.

Education Required:
- Master's degree in Occupational & Safety
- Master's degree in Engineering and Post Graduate Studies in Occupational, Safety
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience related to environmental, health, and safety aspects in a manufacturing or field service organization. Understands business metrics related to area of responsibility for use in project planning and support of business objectives. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to influence internal and external customers. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
