Purpose of Position 

The Private Wealth team is responsible for managing Pantheon’s relationships with independent wealth management firms, private banks, and family offices.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Lead contact for existing 450 wealth management firm clients to assist with significant volume of daily inbound requests and client service matters for both private and evergreen funds.
  • Coordinate investor due diligence on Pantheon by facilitating meetings, RFPs, DDQs, ad hoc requests.
  • Engage in business development activities to generate leads and deepen relationships.
  • Oversee investor onboarding.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and product positioning efforts
  • Opportunity and pipeline tracking
  • Oversee collateral updates (pitchbooks, fact sheets, DDQs, quarterly updates, and other standard content)
  • Provide product management support (board approvals, internal memorandums, new product initiatives) 

Knowledge & Experience Required

  • Formal Business/Finance education
  • Series 7 and 63
  • Expertise in wealth management space
  • 4 years expertise in asset management sales/service to the US Private Wealth Market

This role is paying in the region of $135,000 - $145,000 per annum. Alongside Pantheon's wider employment benefits.
