Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Retail Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA for Retail. The ideal candidate will have global experience with retail industry clients and profound understanding of retail business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the design, build, and implementation of complex SAP solutions from an application and business process standpoint.
-Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system-based retail solutions.
-Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated technical solutions across SAP and third-party systems.
-Plan, prepare, and lead design workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with key client stakeholders.
-Ensure solutions are designed for end-to-end integration across SAP modules and external systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Deep knowledge of Retail Master Data: Article master, site/business partners, assortment & listing, planogram, layout modules, article/merchandise hierarchies.
-Proven experience with Retail Pricing & Promotions: Cost price, retail price, competitor pricing, markdown planning, price family etc.
-Familiarity with SAP PMR for promotion planning, discounting, and campaign execution.
-Strong understanding of Supplier Management, Conditions Contracts/supplier Settlement and
-Retail Finance.
-Expertise in SAP CAR (POSDTA) for transaction processing and analytics.
-Experience in SAP Vistex for SAP Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
-Able to do configuration design, write functional design, solution complex requirements in order to meet client needs, ensuring integration with other SAP modules and external systems, and able to Test the solution and deploy in production.
-Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA for Retail implementation and Retail industry with client facing role and worked in Onshore and Offshore environment.

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
