The Team: 

We are responsible for the maintenance and ongoing evolution of a business-critical application, ensuring it remains stable, secure, and continuously improving to meet changing business needs. We operate with a strong culture of ownership, professionalism, and innovation, and we partner closely with stakeholders to align priorities, deliver meaningful enhancements, and drive measurable outcomes. 

 
Responsibilities and Impact: 

  • Deliver new features and user-facing functionality in a business-critical application, translating stakeholder needs into high-quality product outcomes. 

  • Own code quality and performance, continuously optimizing existing components to improve reliability, maintainability, and user experience. 

  • Enhance application security by addressing vulnerabilities, improving secure-by-design practices, and supporting compliance-driven improvements. 

  • Drive automation across testing, deployments, and operational workflows to reduce manual effort and speed up delivery. 

  • Collaborate daily with product owners and stakeholders to refine priorities, clarify requirements, and ensure timely, predictable delivery. 

  • Contribute as part of a single, focused agile team that makes decisions together, designs systems together, and actively shares knowledge across regions. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

 

Basic Required Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in .NET (or .NET Framework) and C# for building and maintaining enterprisegrade applications 

  • Strong experience with SQL relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and nonrelational storage solutions. 

  • Handson experience developing web applications, distributed systems, and cloudbased solutions (AWS preferred). 

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructureascode tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform). 

  • Proven problemsolving, criticalthinking, and analytical abilities to diagnose complex issues 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and crossregional teams. 

  • Growth mindset – eager to learn new technologies, adopt AIassisted development tools, and continuously improve processes 

 

Additional Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Frontend development expertise – strong handson experience with TypeScript and Angular for building responsive, usercentric interfaces. 

  • Cloudnative experience – proven ability to design, deploy, and operate services on the AWS stack 

  • InfrastructureasCode proficiency

  • Security principles & secure engineering skills - working knowledge of secure design and development practices and experience contributing to secure code reviews and remediation of vulnerabilities.
