Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. Your day will involve collaborating with teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operations and contributing to key decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Implement innovative strategies for infrastructure enhancement - Conduct regular assessments to optimize data center technology components Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure management - Knowledge of data center technologies and best practices - Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM - This position is based at our Chennai office - A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering or related field is required
