As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions you develop are efficient and effective, while also participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of the software delivered.

Job Title: .NET Developer (ASP.NET, C#) We are seeking highly skilled Senior .NET Developers with 10 - 12 years of strong hands-on experience in building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in developing scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability. Experience in the Healthcare domain (Claims, Eligibility, Provider, HIPAA, Interoperability) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Maintenance
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC.
Build scalable RESTful services and backend components.
Implement business logic, validations, and data access layers.
Perform impact analysis and deliver enhancements based on functional requirements.

Database & Integration

Design and optimize database objects using SQL Server / DB2
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Integrate with internal and external systems via REST APIs, message queues, file-based integrations, and third-party services.
Handle data validation, transformation, and reconciliation.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in the design and architecture discussions to ensure alignment with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Strong understanding of web application development principles.
- Experience with modern frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
