Overview: 

The Senior Analyst, Digital CLM & Insights will be responsible for analyzing customer lifecycle management (CLM) data and providing insights to enhance customer engagement, retention, and value. The Senior Analyst, Digital CLM & Insights will focus on understanding customer behaviors, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting the development of targeted CLM campaigns. The Senior Analyst will report into the Vice President, Digital Performance Marketing and Loyalty.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze customer data to provide insights into behavior, retention, and lifecycle stages
  • Support the development of CLM campaigns by providing data-driven recommendations on targeting, segmentation, and messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that improve customer engagement and lifetime value
  • Track CLM campaign performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, customer lifecycle marketing, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)
  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or CRM is a plus

Location: Needham, MA (Hybrid: 3-4 days per week in office)
