POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy, you’ll be joining a team that will shape Agero’s corporate strategy as it seeks to maintain and grow its market leading position in the white-label vehicle assistance market, serving current needs while positioning us for continued success in an evolving mobility ecosystem. The primary responsibility of this position will be to work in partnership with our commercial teams to drive our go-to-market strategy. This will require understanding the drivers of Agero’s economics, the varied requirements of different client segments, how we fit in the competitive landscape, and how the industry is evolving. Your goal will be to shape our product and positioning choices to optimize our success in the market. This is a highly visible role that will allow you to demonstrate strong strategic capabilities, work with senior leadership, and have a significant impact on the business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY OUTCOMES:
Primary Focus (70% of time): Overall, you will drive informed decision making, create positive action in the market, translating into positive financial results for Agero.
Secondary Focus (30% of time):
SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Undergraduate degree with a strong record of academic performance.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of related experience preferably with at least 2 years' experience in strategy or management consulting.
SKILLS: Demonstrated hypothesis-driven problem-solving orientation with the ability to create structured quantitative and qualitative analyses - Exceptional oral and written communication skills - Strong business acumen - Strong analytical and research capabilities
LOCATION: Must be within commuting distance of our headquarters in Medford, MA (400 River's Edge Drive). This is a hybrid role.
