An exciting opportunity has become available for a Country Sales Manager within our Fire Suppression Products business in Finland.
The successful candidate will thrive in a consultative sales environment, quickly establishing valued relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for achieving targeted sales revenue and margin, as well as driving demand for our product portfolio in the Finnish market among key consultants and influencers.
This is a home-based position, and you will not have any co-workers physically in Finland. Therefore, it is important that you are independent and can work well on your own. You will collaborate online with many colleagues, many who are based in Sweden—so occasional travel to Sweden may be required. At least 50% of your time will be spent traveling to customers within Finland.
You will report to a Manager who is based in the Nordic region. There will be weekly status calls and close collaboration with them.

Please note: Johnson Controls Finland does not offer any relocation support. You must have a valid work permit to be eligible for this position. You may live anywhere in Finland, but it is advantageous to live in the South, where most of our customers are located.
