Job Summary

Responsible for the technical program management activities and alignment for strategic programs, coordinating among a wide range of cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure that programs are within the scope, within budget and on schedule, with guidance from senior staff member(s). Serve as the program lead for specific, defined multi-discipline technical programs or projects of greater than average complexity and scope. Responsible and accountable in the planning, development and delivery of new technical programs. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

About the Role:

This role is a blend of strategic program management (~70%) and hands-on data analysis (~30%), requiring a candidate who can lead teams, manage projects, and dive into data when necessary.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of programs aimed at analyzing customer trouble call data and improving service quality.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Oversee the data analysis process, ensuring accurate triage and identification of root causes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive action plans to address and reduce customer issues.
  • Monitor program performance, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and achieve objectives.
  • Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in customer service or data analysis roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects and teams with a keen attention to details.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agile certification or experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Engineering or Operations experience is a plus.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Proven track record of driving down customer issues through effective program management.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
