What would you do? 2+ years of overall experience in US Retirement Services domain – Defined Contributions ; 1+ year of experience in updating tax withholding for Immediate Annuity (IA) payments, fulfilling duplicate tax form requests, reconciling multiple state tax reporting variances, and tracking receipt of W-8BEN-E form solicitation responses ; ASPPA Certified (Preferred)

BCOM/MCOM degree mandatory ; Experience in the US retirement industry ; Open to working in core Night shifts based on business requirements ; Good verbal & written communication skills ; Good typing skill and attention to detail. Good time management skills; Ability work independently
Roles and Responsibilities: Perform daily withholding operations and balancing to the general ledger. Perform Weekly, monthly and quarterly State filing. Review and perform withholding corrections. Update immediate annuity withholding elections prior to filing. Review and reconcile clients producing multiple state tax forms. Receive request for copy of tax form, produce and send to client. Monitor workflow system for returned and completed W-8BEN-E forms and index to client account in recordkeeping system. Support tax reporting activities. Coaching and mentoring others to draw out their skills and expertise. Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality. Complies with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalates issues to the management. Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying the same with minimum response time. Taking active participation in process improvements and automation. Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to. Adherence to client SLAs. Identify potential areas that require additional controls Excellent organizational skills with ability identify and prioritize high value transactions. Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU. Creating and updating procedure documents while ensure that the standards are followed
