The Senior Manager of Account Executive Operations will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating operations account executives, client support specialists, and ensures support is provided to internal and external partners (i.e., acquirers, third party issuers, Net 2 Net Partners). Develops policies, manages operations, ensures the elevation of the risk culture by managing to procedures, controls, testing, monitoring and plans the use of materials and resources. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee.
Monitors team performance to ensure goals and deadlines are met, company policies are followed, and company initiatives are supported.
Directs and coordinates operational activities to provide premier partner support and manages escalations.
Manages a team, including hiring, performance, and development decisions.
Plans and prepares team schedules and assigns projects, tasks, and assignments.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, International Affairs, Tech, Communications, Marketing, or related field
6+ years of experience in Payments, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Payments, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
