We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our newly established sales team that is taking our new Game Advertising Solution to market. This important role will be responsible for standing up strategic functions within Sales Ops to drive efficiency for the Sales org. This role will require cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about games, the game industry and at the same time possesses a deep and proven experience of online advertising, strategy and operations within an ad sales org, and data analysis, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.
As we grow this business you will be working in a zero to 1 environment helping build the sales operation function from the ground up. This role will report into the Director of Global Sales Operations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,500 to $167,750 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
