The individual hired for this position will lead an agile development team to design, develop, integrate, and test software features on embedded electronic controls for use in Caterpillar machine applications primarily focused on Medium Wheel Loaders. This role will be critical in leading the software development teams working to update these applications to the latest hardware and software architectures along with positioning for future technology updates.

Technical Troubleshooting:
• Plays a leadership role in resolving complex, multi-component failures.
• Develops and demonstrates an extensive knowledge base and best practice on how to troubleshoot non-recurring and performance-related problems.

Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
