We are looking for a skilled Jira Developer to design, build, integrate, and manage Jira Cloud solutions that facilitate clinical reporting workflows and enable seamless data exchange across various systems.
Technical Expertise
Proven experience designing, developing, and configuring Jira Cloud environments
Strong hands-on experience with Jira REST APIs, including integration with external systems and services
Backend development experience (e.g., Java, Python, or similar object-oriented language)
Experience with ScriptRunner for Jira, including:
o Writing and maintaining custom Groovy scripts
o Implementing advanced workflow automation
o Developing and managing custom scheduled jobs
Jira Administration
Experience administering Jira Cloud, including:
o Workflow design, customization, and optimization
o Configuration of permissions, roles, and security schemes
o Management of issue types, screens, and field configurations
o User and group management, including access control governance
Integration & Performance
Experience troubleshooting integration, configuration, and performance issues
Ability to optimize Jira for scalability, maintainability, and reliability
Methodology & Documentation
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and issue lifecycle management
Ability to clearly document technical solutions, configurations, and processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
