Job Description:

As a Senior Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing member-specific digital marketing materials. You’ll provide ongoing support for programs aimed at enhancing new hires’ understanding of their Group Benefit and Group Retirement Services plans. Our goal is to ensure members feel confident and informed throughout the enrollment process.

What will you do?

  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute direct response campaigns tailored to assigned client segments.
  • Stakeholder Consultation: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand segment strategies and plan details.
  • Communication Accuracy: Ensure precision in member communications, including messaging and digital deployment schedules.
  • Content Updates: Use InDesign to update simple marketing materials.
  • Analytics Collaboration: Work with the internal analytics team to establish reporting on program activities.
  • Reporting Generation: Produce client and member specific reports.
  • Onboarding Support: Launch and support onboarding programs designed to positively impact sales targets.
  • Call Centre Collaboration: Partner with the call center to facilitate Welcome discussions and lead distribution.
  • Client Advocacy: Champion the needs of clients and members throughout all initiatives.
  • Project Participation: Engage in unique projects and initiatives that align with organization goals.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role with proven results.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to understand digital workflows.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to high-quality work and accuracy.
  • Consultative Skills: Proficient in consulting, negotiating, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new programs, processes and adapt to changing environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, both independently and within a team.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.  It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.  In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.  Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
