Key Responsibilities

Data Platform Engineering

  • Design, develop, and support data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Build and maintain scalable data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes.
  • Develop and optimize Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions within Fabric.
  • Implement and maintain Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) data structures.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the analytics platform.
  • Monitor platform performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.

Power BI Development

  • Design and maintain reusable semantic models and datasets.
  • Develop enterprise-grade Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
  • Optimize Power BI performance, data refresh processes, and report usability.
  • Support self-service analytics initiatives while maintaining governance controls.
  • Collaborate with business users to translate reporting requirements into scalable solutions.

Data Integration

  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems, including:
  • SAP ERP
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Master Data Management solutions
  • SQL databases
  • SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms
  • External business applications
  • Develop robust ELT/ETL processes and automation workflows.
  • Support regional reporting requirements across Southeast Asia markets.

Governance and Security

  • Implement and maintain data governance standards.
  • Support metadata management, lineage, and documentation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate security and privacy requirements.
  • Configure and maintain role-based access controls and data security models.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with regional business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements.
  • Participate in data architecture discussions and technology roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the adoption of analytics best practices throughout the organization.
  • Support project delivery, testing, incident resolution, and continuous
    improvement activities.
  • Share technical expertise and mentor colleagues where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Data/ Software engineering, Mathematics or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics Engineering, or  Business Intelligence
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end analytics solutions in enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting regional or multinational organizations is highly desirable
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
