The NA Consumer CODE team serves as the glue that keeps the overarching process running seamlessly across functions, consumers, and marketplace units. This role will help NA teams build, run and refine a process that enables role and responsibility clarity, key seasonal work, decision-making efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
This analyst will develop strong relationships within the Consumer x Marketplace Operations team, supporting visibility into the functional processes that drive seasonal execution. This work will ultimately help Nike realize the integrated marketplace vision that is integral to our consumer-centric strategy.
The role will be a key point of contact for the NA Code Cohort that connects weekly to discuss, align and socialize the inputs, outputs and expectations of seasaonal moments. Opportunity also exists to gather best practices from peers across geos and develop connections with relevant Global counterparts.
You will report to NA Consumer CODE (part of NA Consumer x Marketplace Operations), working very closely with Consumer, Merchandising, Brand and DSM Operations, and supporting teammates across all levels (including but not limited to Merchants, Marketers and Planners).
We’re looking for an NA Analyst II who thrives in ambiguity, can connect dots (and people), and who appreciates a good puzzle. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn Consumer, Marketplace and functional geo interdependencies, and will be able to share learnings both with the x-functional CODE Network. We’re looking for a standout teammate with proven communication skills.
The NA Analyst II, Consumer Code will be focused on many facets of Consumer x Marketplace Operations, across functions and banners – they will own the relevant functional calendar, process & communications required to drive CODE awareness and expectation clarity. This teammate will embed themselves with our NA Code Cohort, becoming a trusted resource for these teammates and an expert in their x-functional processes. They will serve as an ambassador into the overarching NA CODE process and ensure x-team visibility and representation. The purpose of this newly formed role will be to reduce confusion and provide process clarity to all levels of the team. This role will also be tasked with managing certain aspects of internal contracts and will play a facilitator role in the overarching geo launch process.
