About the role
Join our team as a Lifestyles Relationship Consultant, where you’ll work with clients to create tailored Lifestyles services that meet their unique needs and aspirations. This role involves understanding our diverse range of Community Participation offerings, such as Centre Based Day Programs, Individualised Support at Home and in the Community, and Youth Services. You’ll manage client intake, oversee funding processes, and act as a key liaison between clients and our team.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
Client Relations: Conduct consultations to understand and address client needs, develop customised service packages, and manage the intake and funding processes.
Business Development: Engage with potential clients to gather insights and feedback, helping to shape and evolve our programs and services.
Relationship Building & Networking: Build relationships with community organisations and referral sources to enhance our reach and better serve our clients' needs.
About you:
Strong understanding of client needs with the ability to deliver personalised services.
Knowledgeable about Community Participation services, industry trends, and funding mechanisms.
Experienced in client engagement, acquisition, business growth, and financial management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on high client satisfaction.
