Job Summary

Provides team leadership and assists the team in scheduling and workflow to ensure customers are serviced and administrative duties are completed in a timely manner. Directs and maintains accountability for complex, multi-faceted programs. Provides administrative support through the appropriate use of software and/or other tools. Acts as a subject matter expert and resource for others on the team. Exhibits initiative and knowledge to assure operations carry on in the usual manner in management's absence.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as subject matter expert when interacting with peers to provide resolution of complex/escalated issues

  • Manage team workloads and assign work based on peak times ensuring all work is completed within the departments documented time frames

  • Support leadership in monitoring issues with workflow, workloads, staffing and reporting

  • Maintain excellent knowledge of appropriate regulatory/compliance requirements and ensures adherence

  • Serves as subject matter expert on systems/technology utilized

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of relevant experience Customer service environment with increasing level of responsibility

Preferred

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent specific course work in office administration/secretarial science or equivalent level of education and experience
