The Expert Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role works with advanced and multi/complex systems, proactively troubleshoots systems, works with mechanical and electrical equipment, conducts preventative maintenance, manages parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). The role requires direct interfacing with customers and may involve work across multiple systems, locations, and customers.

Function effectively in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Lead, coach, guide, and motivate junior team members.
Respond to 24/7 on-call duties as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have and maintain a clean driving record
Some travel required, up to 20%
Experience in oil and gas, mechanical, or plumbing preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
Water treatment or RO experience is a plus.
Preferred:
Technical military background.
Technical certificate, degree, or industry-specific license(s).
Experience Requirements:
Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
3–7 years of technical work experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and provide coaching/training to junior technicians.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Skill Requirements:
Experience with mechanical, electrical, diesel, and fusion systems depending on business unit.
Technically sound with the ability to synthesize and communicate technical information clearly.
Customer service experience required.
Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices.
