Key Responsibilities

1. Driving Learner Engagement (Advanced Level)

  • Lead the design and execution of high‑impact engagement strategies to significantly grow participation in digital learning programs.
  • Develop targeted learner personas, engagement journeys, and motivation frameworks to optimize adoption and completion rates.
  • Champion innovative engagement mechanisms such as gamification, cohort-based experiences, learning challenges, and micro‑campaigns.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to craft engagement plans for priority programs and enterprise-wide initiatives.

2. Platform Branding, Content Promotion & Communication

  • Own the brand experience of the learning platform, ensuring consistent identity and strong visibility across digital channels.
  • Lead planning and execution of communication campaigns to promote programs, new content, and platform features.
  • Produce high‑quality digital communication assets (videos, banners, infographics, social posts, EDMs) to drive awareness and usage.
  • Provide expert advisory to internal stakeholders on communication strategy for learning initiatives.

3. Learning Community Management

  • Design and lead the growth of online learning communities that encourage peer learning, thought leadership, and content discussion.
  • Establish community guidelines, engagement calendars, and content rhythms to ensure sustained activity.
  • Facilitate conversation, curate relevant content, and nurture subject‑matter champions within communities.
  • Identify and implement best practices to increase community participation, quality of interactions, and learner sentiment.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Lead analysis of learner behavior and engagement metrics across all platforms.
  • Develop dashboards, trend analyses, and insights reports that inform decision‑making for L&D leadership.
  • Conduct A/B tests, channel performance reviews, and learner feedback studies to guide optimization.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations for enhancing platform features, content offerings, and engagement strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business, or related disciplines.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital learning, marketing, communications, community management, or digital engagement.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using engagement dashboards, LMS/LXP analytics, or visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong storytelling and content development capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate learning, sales training & development environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in design or multimedia tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools).
  • Knowledge of engagement psychology, adult learning principles, user experience, or digital adoption frameworks.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
